Our annual One Day Soccer Tournament will take place on 26-27 December this year at Makgulo Sports Ground, Hasethunya, QwaQwa, Free State. This tournament is entering its 8th year. We have more requests from other teams who wants to join. We are going big this year.
This year we are expanding our activities to 10Km Run Race, Netball, Aerobics, Chess and many more.

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor (fitness professional). Come prepared with your gym outfit. We are going to be flexing our muscle. Our resident instructor Lomile Modiselle will help everyone with good moves.
